Follow these steps for no-hassle returns. We’ll email a shipping label you can print. The return will be noted in your account for easy tracking.
Sign In to My Account
Log in to your account by clicking Sign In at the top of the website.
If you are already signed in, click My Account.
Select My Orders
Click the “View Order” button next to the order you want to return to view the order history.
On the Order History page, click the Request Return button next to the product you would like to return that is listed under the “Items Ordered” section
Select Items to Return
You’ll go to the Return Items page. Follow the prompts on the page and indicate the reason of the return to proceed with the return request.
A return label with additional instructions will be sent to the email address you provide.
Any items that are not eligible for return will be noted. Orders delivered outside of Kenya will also be ineligible for return
