Returns

Follow these steps for no-hassle returns. We’ll email a shipping label you can print. The return will be noted in your account for easy tracking.

Sign In to My Account

Log in to your account by clicking Sign In at the top of the website.

If you are already signed in, click My Account.

Select My Orders
Click the “View Order” button next to the order you want to return to view the order history.

Request Return
On the Order History page, click the Request Return button next to the product you would like to return that is listed under the “Items Ordered” section

Select Items to Return
You’ll go to the Return Items page. Follow the prompts on the page and indicate the reason of the return to proceed with the return request.

A return label with additional instructions will be sent to the email address you provide.

Ineligible Items
Any items that are not eligible for return will be noted. Orders delivered outside of Kenya will also be ineligible for return

Returns Period

For your convenience, maintive offers 7-days returns for all orders delivered within Kenya.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, Maintive will cover the cost of return shipping. Products may be returned within 7 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange, subject to approval and inspection. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Eligible reasons – wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process.
  •  It’s fine to return something if you simply change your mind, but refunds will only be given if the product’s seal hasn’t been broken and it looks unopened.
